Class Descriptions:
CrossPIT: Conditioning and cardio training following the PIT system. For all Adults and Invited Juniors.
Dragons: Modified Kaju for ages 5-9.
Junior Kajukenbo:
Kajukenbo for Kids and Teens for ages 10 through approximately 15.
Adult Kajukenbo: Self-Defense, forms and traaditional karate and kung fu for Adults and Juniors.
MMA: Self-Defense, boxing, sparring, BJJ. Women's only belt-system but classes are co-ed.
Sparring, Junior & Adult:
Point sparring techniques and drills.
KickBoxing/Boxing: Techniques, hand and foot drills for adults.
Strength Training & Stretch: Traditional strength training and stretching classes for adults and invited Juniors..
Kickboxing: 60-minutes of cardio intense boxing drills and techniques.
Forms: Kaju forms for Adults and Juniors.
Self-Defense: Kaju & MMA forms for Adults and Juniors.
